I am a finance and accounts professional with more than 14 years of hands-on experience across accounting, direct and indirect taxation, statutory audit, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. My work has taken me from running an accounting practice for SMEs to managing finance for technology, digital asset and incubation organisations.
Outside my day-to-day role, I build web tools that simplify real finance, tax and compliance work, and I write reference guides that make complex law easier to apply. Everything I publish here is free, shared to help the MSME community and fellow professionals learn and grow.

MiyeeIndia Tech Labs is my personal portfolio and a home for the free resources I create. It brings together browser-based apps and tools for accounting, tax, investing, document handling, planning and learning, alongside in-depth guides on GST, income tax, accounting standards and the markets.
The site is non-commercial. Nothing here is sold, no payments are taken and no clients are solicited. It is built in my personal capacity, and the views and content are my own and do not represent any employer.
Domain-led finance automation
Every tool starts with a real problem I have met in practice. I write the specification, design the user flow and encode the tax and accounting logic: which slabs apply, which sections are triggered and which reconciliations must hold. I then test the results against the statute and against real cases before anything is published.
AI tools such as Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT act as my engineering partner for code generation, which lets me turn deep domain knowledge into working software quickly and keep the focus on getting the finance right.
Experience in brief
Over 14 years in finance, accounts and taxation, spanning a technology business incubator, an IT services company, a digital asset exchange with compliance across India, Singapore and Australia, my own accounting and compliance practice for SMEs, and articleship with a Chartered Accountant firm.
The work covers month-end and year-end closing, statutory audits, GST, TDS and income tax compliance, FCRA and grant reporting, MIS and budgeting, and ERP implementation and automation.
